Emmanuel has been selected as within the top 1% of attorneys nationwide every year since 2015 by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel.
The publishers of the Philadelphia Magazine have multiple times named Emmanuel one of the best plaintiff’s personal injury lawyers in Pennsylvania with the designation of a Pennsylvania Super lawyer. Emmanuel was a partner with the Philadelphia plaintiffs’ law firm of Eaton & McClellan before he founded Emmanuel Law Firm, LLC in 2007. Prior to working at Eaton & McClellan, Emmanuel practiced both as a defense and plaintiff’s attorney with another Philadelphia law firm. In that position Emmanuel represented defendants in eminent domain, employment, health care, labor, medical malpractice, and personal injury actions. He also performed substantial legal research and writing, and reviewed collective bargaining agreements and other contractual provisions. Further, he took and defended depositions, and engaged in substantial motions practice, and provided trial support.
From October 1996 through January 31, 1998, Emmanuel served as the law clerk to the Honorable Judge Ricardo C. Jackson of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. In his capacity as Judge Jackson’s law clerk, Emmanuel engaged in extensive legal research and writing, and drafted judicial opinions. He also reviewed pre and post-trial motions and briefs, and examined the accuracy of graded offenses and their ranges under the Pennsylvania Sentencing Guidelines.

Biography:
Jane was born in Philadelphia, and grew up in South Jersey where she attended both public and parochial schools. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in English from Rutgers University-Camden, and her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University Law School-Camden. Jane has a record of active involvement in her community, and in her church. Her volunteer work includes helping victims of natural disasters such as Hurricane Sandy, flood victims in Wilkes Barres, Pennsylvania, providing food-care packages to the homeless, and shelters in Washington D.C., volunteering at Philabundance-a non-profit food bank that serves the Philadelphia and Delaware Valley region of Pennsylvania, and volunteering at NJPIRG—a student organization that tackles climate change, protects public health, feeds the hungry and more—on the Homeless and Poverty Committee. She has served as a Deacon, Usher, and Sunday School Teacher at her church, and been a youth delegate to the General Assembly of her denomination. Jane has been with the law firm in various capacities since 2008.

Biography:
Yulier Gonzalez is an Associate at Emmanuel Law Firm, LLC concentrating his practice on medical malpractice cases. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate at a defense firm focused on product liability, toxic torts and personal injury cases. In 2022 and 2023, he was named to the Pennsylvania Rising Stars, a list of promising attorneys under 40.
After graduation from Penn State-Dickinson Law School, Yulier clerked for the Honorable Thomas A. James at the Columbia County Court of Common Pleas, where he gained extensive courtroom knowledge and performed legal research in the areas of family, criminal, civil and estate planning.
While in law school, Mr. Gonzalez was also selected as a Judicial Law Extern to the Honorable Martin C. Carlson, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, with whom he gained valuable experience and skills in federal civil litigation involving immigration and social security cases.

Nicholas J. Williamson, Esquire
Biography:
Nick Williamson is a highly skilled and experienced trial attorney with years of courtroom experience. Mr. Williamson began his career serving as a criminal attorney for over fifteen years. He first worked at the Bucks County Public Defender’s Office for over a decade. Next, he worked at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office for four years. In those capacities, Mr. Williamson handled thousands of cases throughout all stages of the criminal justice process. He has litigated dozens of bench and jury trials in complicated felony matters including homicides, robberies, aggravated assaults, felony drug offenses and sexual offenses. In 2010 he was awarded the “Justice Rising Award” by the Bucks County Bar Association for his work on a firearms jury trial. In recent years, Mr. Williamson has shifted his area of practice to civil law where he has represented hundreds of plaintiffs in personal injury and toxic tort cases.
Mr. Williamson was raised in Montgomery County and graduated from Boyertown Area High School in 1997 with honors. He earned his Bachelors of Arts from Cabrini College in 2001 where he majored in both Psychology and Sociology. He graduated Magna Cum Laude as well as a member of the Cabrini Honors Society and the International Honor Society in Psychology. After college, Mr. Williamson worked as a social worker in Bucks County for two years. In 2006, Mr. Williamson graduated from Villanova University School of Law. During his time at Villanova, he focused his studies on insurance, health and medical law. Mr.Williamson also participated in a clinic which assisted migrant farm workers in realizing the extent of their legal rights.
Mr. Williamson now resides in Media, Delaware County. He is passionate about running and has completed nine marathons throughout the country.
